Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including tags and packaging.

• For hygiene reasons, worn or used activewear cannot be returned.

• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return.

• Exchanges
  If you need a different size or color, you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability.

  Non-Returnable Items

  • Items with makeup, deodorant, or fragrance stains

  • Accessories (headbands, socks, water bottles)

  Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • Chaels Active does not refund original shipping fees.

  Refunds
  Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
  Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
